I collect personal information only when you decide to contact me:

• with the contact form: name, e-mail address, project type, budget range (optional) and your message;
• by e-mail: your address and whatever you choose to write.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, does not place cookies on your device and does not load anything from other services: fonts, images and audio are all served from this server. Visits are not logged.

Your information is used only to:

• respond to your inquiry;
• communicate about potential collaborations or projects.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and I do not use it for newsletters or marketing.

Messages sent with the form are stored on the server that hosts this website, in an area protected by a password, and kept only for as long as necessary to respond to your request or maintain our communication; after that they are deleted.

To protect the form from spam, the IP address of whoever sends a message is kept in the server’s memory for at most one hour and is never saved.

The only cookie used by this website is a technical session cookie for the private area where I manage the site: visitors never receive it.

Some links (itch.io, Instagram, Spotify, meshup, Global Game Jam) take you to other websites, which have their own privacy policies. They receive data about you only if you open them.

You may request to:

• access the personal data I hold about you;
• correct inaccurate information;
• have your data deleted.

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU General Data Protection Regulation or Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information) you may also object to or restrict the processing and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
